Well, My truck was distroyed my a fire last sunday(10/4/ 03) Every thing from the driver seat forwords is compleatly gone. It happened totaly unexpectily too. I was driving a long in the Berkley hill and all the my radio and radar detector stored to turn on and off. Then all the light on the dash board come on. So i desided to pull over. when i prest the brake peddel it went all the way to the floor and nothing happened. So i applyed the emergency brake. As soon as the truck stoped, smoke started billowing out from under the hood. I and my girfriend get out and she point out that there is fire in the front left wheel well. At that point i stared throughing dirt on the fire to try an put it out. That didnt help the least. so i pulled out my cell phone an called 911. i got a messege saying "all of our representitive are currently helping other people, pleas stay on the line and the next advalable representative will be with u as soon as posable". By the time i get hold of someone fire is already comeing out from both wheel wells and out from the grill. and also at this point the started starts trying to start the engine. i felt so helpless starding there not being able to do anything more then watch my poor truck burn to its death. By the time the fire department arived the flames were reaching 15 ft into the air. I know at this point my poor truck was totaled. Here are some pictures of what was left.
